Since it keeps coming up, here once again, is my cheat sheet.
Level Up Info
HP goes up 1 Hit Dice + Con
Goes up 1 more for Toughness feat
More SP (Base + Int mod)
Humans gain an extra SP every level.
Favorite class bonus (1 hp or 1 sp)
Odd level ( new feat)
Level 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 (1 new ability score)
Check for any new powers. Refer to your class in the rulebook.
20ft = 16 miles = 1.5 days = 2 miles/hr
30ft = 24 miles = 1 day = 3 miles/hr. 1 hour = .125 of a day (of travel)
40ft = 32 miles = 0.75 day = 4 miles/hr
Horse = 40 miles = 0.6 days = 5 miles/hr
Airship = 80 miles = 0.3 days = 10 miles/hr
Prone: –4 AC vs melee, –4 attack rolls +4 AC vs ranged attacks
Shaken –2 on anything that requires a d20.
Frightened: Like shaken, except that the creature must flee if possible.
Stunned: Drop everything you’re holding. Can’t do anything. –2 to AC. Lose Dex bonus to AC also.
Darkness: Low Light 1/5 chance to miss. Complete darkness 50%chance to miss
Confusion: 1d4. 1 Normal, 2 Do nothing but babble, 3 1d8 + STR damage to self, 4 attack nearest ’
Entangled: 1/2 spd. –2 atk –4 dex
Grappled: –4 Dex, –2 on atks and CMB not related to grapple. No AOs. Cannot move. 1 free arm.
Staggered: 1 move or one standard action per turn. No full round actions.
Fatigued: –2 penalty Str/Dex
Sickened: –2 penalty on all rolls
Dazed: Can take no actions.
High Ground: +1 atk
Cast Defensively: Concentration check, 15 + double spell level
Concentration check: d20 + caster level + your magic mod
Invisibility: DC 26 Perception to pinpoint invisible character. –20 if charcter is in combat.

Negative Level: –1 all d20 rolls and CMD. Reduces current and total hit points by 5. Treated as one level lower for level-dependent variables (such as spellcasting). Don’t lose prepared spells or slots.

Identify magic item using Detect Magic: DC Spellcraft, 15 + Item CL
Stealth while invisible:
+20 for being invisible.
+20 for not moving.
+5 for the observer being distracted (by creatures that threaten)
+1 per every 10 feet away the MS is away from the Synth.
–20 for casting a spell with vocal components or acting in combat. (This doesn’t include Summon Monster SLAs as they have no verbal components)
–5 for moving at half speed or less.
–10 for moving at full speed.
–20 for running or charging.
